Berwick Fields works in partnership with Allan Palmer from Dynamic Knowledge Solutions to foster a user friendly, quality framework for policy development.  This work is based on the principles of 'Excellence in Education' and utilises tools such as deployment flowcharting.

Policies, processes and supporting documents are ‘captured’ on the school’s intranet.  Our Policies provide a brief overview of what we do and why we do things.  These policies are supported by our Processes which outline who is involved and what these people have to do in order to make things happen.  We also have captured Supporting Documents which are used to support staff in carrying processes.
