We encourage all members of our school community to be proactive in behaviour management taking responsibility for their own behaviour and being responsibility for reminding others of the expectations we have.  All new students attend a "Bully Busters" workshop every year along with others who we feel would benefit, targets as well as offenders.  A parent session is also available in odd years.  The Bully Busters program provides the opportunity for discussion across the school community and develops a shared language and understanding throughout the school on the important topic of bullying and how to respond to it.  We also have a performance for grades 1-6 that also emphasises the importance of addressing this issue and how students can be empowered.
