2024 New Enrolments Request

Enrolment applications are now open.

Enrolment applications are due by Friday 28th July.

Parents/carers are provided with written notification of Foundation (Prep) enrolment outcomes as per the department’s Placement Policy – Friday 11th August.

If you would like to express your interest in enrolling a new student into Berwick Fields Primary School for 2024, our enrolments are now open. To assist us gather relevant information we ask that you complete this form and submit at your earliest opportunity.

Enrolment Information Request

Once received, our enrolments officer will be in contact with you to organise a school meeting with a member of our leadership team and school tour if requested.

*Please note:
  1. Enrolments for families outside of the catchment zone are not guaranteed a place.  We would however appreciate you writing a letter outlining why you would like to attend our school.  This letter along with this form will be forwarded to our Principal for consideration. You can check to see which school you are zoned to by visiting.
  2. Students already currently enrolled at Berwick Fields do not need to re-enrol for 2024.

As a part of our enrollment process, all families take part in a school tour and entry interview with one of our Principals.

School Tours and Interviews

We are now accepting enrollments for students moving in to our school zone, and Foundation students for 2024.

New family interviews are conducted throughout the week, and school tours throughout the term.

Bookings are essential. Please call our school office to book a tour.

Our School Zone

Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au. Findmyschool.vic.gov.au hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian school zones for 2020 onwards.

Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.

The Department provides guidance through the School Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations.
